Movies and Tv shows are very subjective things. One persons idea of a great movie is another persons idea of a trainwreck. However, with that being said there are some movies/Tv shows that get an extreme amount of love, which just dosen’t make sense. These movies are practically worshipped, critics love them, and the people love them. After watching these movies i’m left wondering if I watched the same movie/tv show as these people. So here is my very opinionated list of overrated movies/tv shows.

1.Titanic (1997)

Starting the list off strong with the Titanic. Yes it’s iconic, and yes it changed movies forever. However besides the really good music, the movie is bland. It is a boring love story about a privileged runaway and a guy who draws naked ladies. Plus there was plenty of room on the door for Rose to scoot over a little bit. Titanic is just overrated.

2. The Greatest Show Man (2017)

Not only do I think this movie is overrated, I can’t stand it. The only thing going for the movies is the music. Other than that it is just not good. With a corny a love story and a boring plot, this movie is just not for me.

3. Forrest Gump (1994)

Tom Hanks in this movie is great, however I feel like I can’t relate to this movie at all. I understand all the old people’s love for the movie. What I don’t get is people from my generation being so obsessed with it. The movie is way to sentimental towards the older generation for my aged people to relate at all.

Movies are all opinions, you can either love or hate them. I get I don’t have the same opinion as other people. I get you may disagree with me so don’t hate on my list. They are all opinion based.
