Growing up many of us have heard terms of mental disorders, for example ADHD or ADD. However, there are is much more depth to how the human brain works, and how it forms different disorders in peoples minds. Weather you are born with them or not, mental health has effected almost every person we know. Most actually form during your childhood.

They have also proven that the most common disorders among women is depression, and the most common among men is Alcohol abuse. Women’s Mental Health

Mental health matters, and can often be over looked by society. Depression in women is the most common mental health disorder, and there are actually different forms and levels . It is important to learn what you have, so you are able to treat it.

The two most common level/ types of depression in women are Major Depression Disorders (MDD) and Persistent Depressive Disorder ( PDD.) Clinical depression effects one out of every eight women. MDD

Although this is a long lasting mental disorder, it can actually be less serve than other common depressions. Like women, men have social norms in their circles. One of the most common mental disorder in men is alcohol abuse, which is generally caused due to peer pressure, or trying to fit in to much with a crowd. It should not go unnoticed that additive like behavior often are passed down.
